Those planning on visiting the area browse the listings and directly contact the owner for availablity and price. If available, the guest then arranges to rent the property for a designated stay.

The owner sends or emails the guest a rental agreement which is then returned with any applicable deposits or payments.

On the designated day, provided payment has been made, the guest "checks-in" to the homeowner's property.
